ABOUT THE TRIP

  • Six black and white Razorbills perched on a rocky surface near the water, with one bird spreading its wings.

    What to expect

This is a gentle, scenic, and family-friendly adventure — the perfect way to experience the islands’ thriving marine life and stunning coastal scenery.

As we make our way across the water, keep an eye out for Atlantic grey seals, often seen hauled out on the rocks or popping up nearby for a curious look. The islands are also home to a wide variety of seabirds, including puffins in season, razorbills, guillemots, shags, and cormorants. You may even see oystercatchers along the shore or terns diving gracefully into the water.

Beneath the surface, you will see various kelp forests in the clear waters and maybe the occasional fish or a glimpse of a jellyfish drifting in the tide.

We’ll either travel toward the Eastern Isles or to the more remote Northern Rocks, a wilder corner of the archipelago.

Together, the Eastern Isles and Northern Rocks are havens for nature, peaceful and untouched.

  • An Atlantic Grey seal resting on a rock near the ocean, with water in the background.
